Best lifter trophies will be awarded to the strongest overall Male and Female lifters. We will be having a social after, so even if you don’t want to lift, it would be great to see you all down supporting then out on the night :

Sign-up is on reception, entry is £10, places are limited to 20.

Barbell Club

We have an exciting month lined up at barbell club, with lots of tough work for the second month of volume! We will be utilising AMRAP’s (as many reps as possible) and top sets prior to some higher repetition work. This method has some good research behind it and worked fantastically well last time around!

Barbell Club is open to everyone on the Platinum membership and is the perfect session for anyone looking to improve their strength and technique on the big 3 movements!

MSC Blogs
